Designer
MARCIN LASKOWSKI
He is the founder of TAMO, an entrepreneur, and the lead designer. Under his creative direction, most of the brand's products were created. Drawing creative strength from traditional woodworking skills and a passion for art, he developed a unique, original collection of furniture. His experimental approach to form and attention to the artistic direction of the collection express the true essence of TAMO. He creates furniture characterized by a variety of forms, seamlessly blending cultural references, including Gdynia’s modernism and minimalist Northern European design. Marcin’s deep passion and knowledge of wood, as well as industrial and craft production processes, are evident in every aspect of his work. He is a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk.
