Description

The Filar collection, designed by Taiwanese designer Kenyon Yeh, consists of a coffee table and a tall table with a distinctly visible decorative fluting motif. The tabletop has a pleasantly rounded edge and appears thinner than it actually is due to its angled milling at the bottom. This technique uniquely highlights the decorative fluting of the legs. The fluted motif resembles a pillar, reminiscent of ancient architectural styles. It evokes the image of a column, whose function, similar to our table, supports the structure or the top and what rests upon it. FILAR is a distinctive element in space and, at the same time, easily adapts to any environment. The tables are entirely made of solid wood and available in three types of lacquered finishes.
