SPLOT Chrome / Black oak

1 590 zł

Lead time - 6 weeks

SPLOT is a chair defined by its lightness and slender form — a balance of function, craft, and refined aesthetics. The bent plywood seat with natural wood veneer rests on a tubular steel frame, finished with the chair’s signature detail: a distinctive "woven" crossing on the back legs that subtly highlights the bending technology and craftsmanship behind the piece.

Designed with stackability in mind, SPLOT is easy to store and transport, making it a practical choice for both residential and public spaces. Whether placed around a kitchen table or in a restaurant setting, it complements its surroundings with quiet confidence.

Responding to contemporary design trends, SPLOT is available with a black or chrome frame, paired with finishes in natural wood tones — lending the chair a timeless, iconic character.

DESIGNER

Marcin Laskowski

He is the founder of TAMO, an entrepreneur, and the brand’s lead designer. Most of the collection has been created under his creative direction. Drawing inspiration from traditional woodworking techniques and a deep love for art, he has developed a unique, signature collection of furniture.

His experimental approach to form and dedication to the artistic direction of the brand reflect the true spirit of TAMO. His designs are rich in shape and fluidly merge cultural references—ranging from Gdynia modernism to minimalist Northern European design.

Marcin’s deep passion for wood and his expertise in both industrial and artisanal production processes are present in every aspect of his work.
